You can still access all of the services on E before you select sell or store all. This includes the dive screen, where you can launch another dive without dealing with your current cargo.

It takes the processed cargo with you, the ore chunks are stuck in limbo until you return again.

I believe both mouse and arrow keys work
And quite possibly controller, though I don't have one to test right now

iirc, tab/arrow keys would select between menus and space will press the button
