#Experimental - CTD regularly

i think they do happen on stable too tbh
think i switched to experimental in the hope they would stop but no joy.
I do have some hardware issue currently which is causing bsod issues, i think maybe my mobo as have ran countless diagnostic tests and benchmarks etc
So dont worry if you cant find anything in particular just let me know and I will put it down to my rig being shitty again lol
@fresh niche
on looking at event viewer at the time of the last CTD there is an application error logged which is pointing to nvoglv64.dll as the faulting module.
could be an issue with gpu drivers (NV 526.86)
but I don't think any of these should cause outright BSOD
the issues documented there caused game to crash; the game engine itself doesn't have sufficient access to your hardware to trigger BSOD
nvoglv64.dll is the NVidia OpenGL driver, so first step I'd recommend is to re-install your drivers.
yeah just done a clean install now, only switched from studio drivers a couple days back too lol
Let me know if the problem persists.
will do
i will set up a specific profile for dV on nvcp too instead of global settings, just to be sure
then make sure you allow dV to decide everything, if drivers override commands I send out havoc happens
seemed to be alot more stable, no CTD...then I got my usual bsod lol
