Cable as a stratagist, as one of the other heroes who actually has "healing others" powers, make him a gun weilding strategist for people who play punisher, his healing psionics can be an aoe so they dont even have to heal people and his guns short to medium range, so just by being in teamfights he heals automatically

hes THE genius superscientist and up there with beast/hank mccoy as one of the two peopel everyone with super health problems go to, who makes healing machines
so many fantastic 4 stories turn into "protect reed while he builds a thing to win the problem"
his ult should have been "build a machine and you pick what it does", so he could build a damage bomb or beam, a healing zone, a fantasticar as a moving wall, tons of options
but they give you 3-5 in a simple list
