My interpretation is that ||the omens, without the cultural backgroud of the hornsent and their generational knowledge and respect for the spirits can't control them they way the hornsent could but otherwise the spirits mostly behave the same. Like they're terrifying ghost monsters either way, just having them lurk around in your dreams could easily be described as being haunted.||

The Dancer Outfit is conceptually really damn cool. A light outfit that boosts your 'dance' moves. The issue is that Endless Dance has zero innate poise and the outfit has like 7. So even the lightest hit cancels your dance, so you're better off not using the outfit because 'can keep using the move' is better than '10% for the entire outfit warn'.

what does it mostly affect
basically pve has simplified poise, basically everything (aside from arrows which do like 10) does 50 poise damage, 100 poise damage, or 133+ (not possible to avoid stagger) poise damage. So 51 is a breakpoint achievable by many medium armors that allows you to at least sometimes trade hits without staggering.
PVP poise is of course much more complex

||My strategy was not having a summon at all (increases the health and I find bosses way more predictable when fighting them solo), equipping a really fast weapon (venomous fang in my case) which allows you to get hits in between strikes on his longer attack strings and amping holy resist to facetank the clones in the second phase||
