see but I also do not think this is actually true. We have seen by now people that can match colours and we also still have not seen levels 5s and just saw a glimpse of a wings decisive weapon in its incomplete form

colours are def among the strongest no question

but I do not think they universally sit at the summit

Class 5 agents range from the best (at least a IV in each stat) to the best of the best (EX in all but Justice - which is at V). Considering EX stats are something people can only get with Hokma's help, and seeing how technique is as much of a help as technology in The City, I'm guessing Colors are somewhere in the middle - in other words, agents with a V in two stats, plus a title befitting their niche in their department

I’m not particularly sure tbh, our agents are surely strong but Hokma’s help is really just utilizing a singularity, something all corps do for their agents and several colors have access to (at least the best version corps will sell). And those agents still don’t match up to Kali in her boss fight, which yes she was the strongest of all time and still better then any living Color, other Colors are still comparable based off her strength relative to say Iori in Ruina
