not complicated to execute on per se so much as how it improves Tremor is a complicated story
the ideal Time Moratorium is one where you stagger your enemy and have nukes ready to rock on the turn your enemy is staggered AND in Time Mora in order to cram as much damage as possible down their throat before the time stop breaks and multiply it all by 1.15x
