It is 3:13 AM, and a liquid begins to seep out of... of... you cannot tell. nobody can tell. nobody should be outside right now.
However, to some degree, this is thankfully only a simulation created for the sole purpose of attuning the sinners with their Identities and subsequent E.G.O to finer degrees.
On this night, it would seem that Yi Sang, the gentle poet and thinker, must attempt to stem the current of the night in the backstreets.
Thoughts get swept away in the horde of, well, sweepers running along you. It is almost as if a neat stream parts around your specific area as they rush past you, picking up trash, corpses, humans left outside and blood splatters along the way. The cacophony is deafening - it is almost as if they are chanting at all times, something you cannot comprehend. strings of numbers form, relentlessly, out of their mouths. It is a fools errand trying to understand them. One, two - six stand before you.
"LINE UP!", He shouts. Yi Sangs voice is uncharacteristically forceful, and a slight, jagged smile is evident in his voice. A musket, old, tattered and bloodied appears in his hands.
The barrel holds steady - no sweepers attempt to grab it out of his hands. None but the six dedicated to their group, who sprint towards their group, just like any other sweeper would. A shot rings out, banging through the air, audibly. Though no gun is allowed to pierce a steel wall, it effortlessly shreds through Ryoshu. "N.B."
Her viscera, erupting out of her backside, flows along with the bullet, tracing circles in the air before it. One, two, three of them, intricate and occult, drip from the air. Even though parts of lung, muscles and bones where once their components, now, only a red, scarring colour remains mid air. The bullet flies through its centre, multiplying, gaining force and power. Together with it, fumes of a memory, used as fuel to propel the bullet most fell. It shreds through the approaching Sweepers, their resilience doing nothing in the face of something more akin to a barrage. Limbs and crystalised blood go flying, though nothing remains on the ground where they once were. Their hardened shells are kicked up by passing sweepers, and the blood swiftly vaccuumed to aid the form of another. The sight of seeing somebody explode into gore might have shocked some of the sinners once upon a time, though by now, it had become routine.
A voice, raspy and so much unlike him, permeates the cacophony of sounds. "Next."
