Dual Blades are all about constant aggression. Even more so in wilds, because we now have a buff for doing perfect dodges, and the buff makes us even stronger.
It's main gimmick is managing stamina (being in Demon Mode inflicts a constant stamina drain) and Archdemon mode- a meter you build up by hitting things in Demon Mode, that then empowers you whenever you're not in Demon Mode .
A lot of attacks in Archdemon mode spend that meter, so you're constantly flicking in and out of demon mode to maintain it, and looking for opportunities to do your Blade Dance/Demon Dance combos. Notably you can now chain demon dance & blade dance back to back, which let's you wrack up crazy damage if you're on a weak point.
Disadvantages are your defence is only dodging, though you have a really good dodge compared to everyone else, managing stamina can be a real headache & will get you punished if you screw it up, and you have tiny reach, so often you end up attacking legs or similar, and can have trouble reaching tails etc. Course, once you do trip something...
Focus attack comes out really fast, which makes it great for countering moves that can be focused. But it'll also destroy as many wounds as it can, which might upset teammates. Otoh you often trip the monster from this, so it's not all bad.
Other big disadvantage is it's a dps weapon. No big hits here. You win by thousands cuts, so you have to stick onto monsters and just keep slicing. Makes the occasional whiff less impactful, but also means getting your face bashed in is time you're not dpsing
