Combo it with a good movepool and it puts in work.

Sableye is jankier; it has Prankster Taunt but is lower than every other Prankster mon. It also has Prankster Will-o-Wisp and Quash, and (technically) Imprison. And Sunny Day/Rain Dance, if you want to win weather wars by setting up your weather second. But its real advantage is that it is immune to both Fake Out and Prankster Taunt, so if you give it a Focus Sash, unless your opponents double into it you will get at least one move off.
