I think Jax and Illaoi will probably be better options in most scenarios because a.) brawlers are OP in arena, and b.) they're the brawlers I grok with the most so far, but AP Malph remains my favorite option because as long as I don't play into completely solid walls it's hard to mess up
Relatedly, I'm surprised that I don't see Olaf in my arena games; I know he's not a terribly popular champ overall but if I had to guess I would think he'd be a pretty good option

Even if it doesn't increase the burst damage to evo Q first, you wind up just being able to Q more
R evo is still great for outplays, though, and I take it second
My typical no-adaptation evo setup is Q > R > E and I adapt as needed
W only really comes in if I find that I need the slow/spread
If I'm already snowballing, Q > E > R
If they're EXTREMELY squishy but mobile, Q > W > R
If the enemy team has a Rengar, Q > R > E > W
