Fundamentally my thoughts on egg discourse are like all lgbt+ stuff. Make spaces welcoming and hell, it can be right to be somewhat pointed towards specific people sometimes in your affirmations. But at the same time (a) giving people plausible deniability as they explore their identities (even if it's very obvious to you where they're likely to end up) is important and generally helpful, (b) sometimes you are just wrong, then finally (c) even if you're right, dragging people out of the closet is a dick move regardless of context.
