there's some pretty obvious potential stuff you could do with the circuit or cousins (particularly if you made it so the cousins were the traffickers). You could also have the stolen classified schematics, while mechanically GMS, be HA or SSC versions of that stuff and hence have either of them on your ass for downloading a car mech illegally. Hell the medical syndicate stuff could itself come into play directly without too much effort. All up to what your GM wants to do and how flexible you are when it comes to fiddling with details.

Well, it is an early access game. Expectations should be tamed. The one thing I will say is please double check drivers because their optimization was not there early on but it is much better now. We recently had a major update for some improvements, new beta systems for in combat tactics, grenades, even some in map events that can lead to other maps having certain changes

Plus they recently added a new enemy, the Euraskan sheild commander who I am convinced is just a dude with his fursona on his sheild

There are at least a good few hooks I can hang off her. The HORUS elements in Hell's Gate, Striga is an interesting person to talk to here. Potentially Calamity because of the Hounds who she made an enemy of. The Cousins at large who may have agreed to traffic her. Harrison Armoury in all likelihood because of the stolen paracode.

Also a lot of questions about how she got her drones and why they're all so different, which is something I don't have an answer to yet.

No, Nearlight drives the the massively powerful drives used by ships well away from anything you care about, to reach Nearlight speeds.

While they can instantly accelerate you to Nearlight, they can also be used at lower speeds.

Nearlight Drives can boost at pretty much any acceleration, but for the sake of comfort and safety, commonly thrust at 1G acceleration

2G is uncomfortable and starting to get dangerous for passengers (imagine drinking coffee and your mug is 8 pounds and trying to kill you)

nearlight bolt is described in the book as requiring anti-grav seats to even survive the near instant acceleration to nearlight speeds

For those cleared through chapter 2 spoilers: ||Rosé Bottle was a spy for the cult. Cruye ran a remix game where all the players were GMs of IGF, so this concept only really worked because I told everybody up front and made wure they were cool with it, and we all knew the plot. Chapter 1 was mostly low key, I wrote session recaps as mission reports. Chapter 2 things got wild, as you might expect. Rosé's intel started to affect the SRT's mission, and the others suspected there was a mole. The cult asked Rosé for access to the Dragon's Tooth and she denied it, saying her cover was in too much jeopardy... but she didn't recind her codes and she knew they already had them. In Anti-Capital, the fight with Sunbird 1, Siren fired up the 'Tooth to come to our rescue... then suddenly went offline. The cult sabotaged the ship, blew out the reactor and disconnected Siren's casket.||

||Later, as the mole hunt heated up, she burned a backdoor in her mech that the cult had. She exposed it to the SRT and claimed that Calamity Havok must have put it there (Cal had done some design work for her when she printed this frame). Moments before that, she convinced Calamity to come to the Icebreaker, so it would be 11 days before she suffered any consequences for being thrown under the bus. Still, when she found out about it she wasn't angry. Just... sad. "Yeah. I get it. Nobody would believe me, right? Pin it on the pirate..."||

||Finally, While the team rescued Nyambose, we failed to secure the focal array. Rosé told the cult that we were coming, so there was no true CZ in the fight. They already moved the array. That means the cult proceeded with the laser activation sequence. Rosé was pissed, she had been told the cult was going to move in and evacuate the station first. When the team moved to shut down the laser Rosé's deception was exposed and she turned sides, swearing that they could jail her, execute her, whatever they needed, but that laser needed to be stopped. The team successfully saved the station, but 55 people died in the start up sequence. The team forced Rosé to tell Jerry and Rita what happened. Jerry was so very disappointed and depressed... and Rita made sure Rosé knew every single one of those 55 names.||
