I would recommend 3 different things in your position:
1. Ignore the toxic players. You’re playing because you want to have fun and maybe even improve, so some random guy shouldn’t make u feel bad. Simply mute them by right clicking on them in the menu.
2. Joining servers with fewer players. Many players most often joins a server to warm up and just play around with the ball. If you join a server like that, ask if you could join and maybe even ask for tips, then you should be good to go.
3. Get to know players. Once you’ve met ppl that you can trust and have a chat with, then you can learn with them, speak with them for help and maybe even join a team that they are in.
These are just examples, there are many more ways and I’m not forcing you to do this, but if I was in your spot I would follow this list! 👍
