View Ongoing Matches and Spectate

We need to have the ability to see if there is ongoing matches and spectate them if we want

We need to know if there are matches going on atleast so we dont think everyone is offline. For example yesterday i was alone in queue and i thought everyone is already offline but apparently not there was 2 games going on
