In Europe, or especially in IBNT Rankeds and other Tournaments we have a problem with the Stamina when rejoining.
Sometimes Average Stamina bugs and gives you a low stamina even the others have high stamina but that is actually besides why I created this. I created this to ask if it is possible to add like if a player rejoins a match, he gets his same Stamina back? This would allow substitutes to be made in tournaments where the new players have full stamina as in reallife. Unfortunally, we cannot use full stamina in IBNT right now, as it is hard to moderate every ranked or tournament match that is going on, so we set the Stamina Rejoin mode to Average. Please add an option to allow for players to change their attributes in timeouts and half time. Like add it as match setting where it can be enabled or disabled. Disabled is like how it works now already
