It feels like your GPU cannot handle the game , that’s why there’s those graphics glitches . Make sure you have all the graphics options on low or you have performance mode on and u have updated your gpu’s drivers .

If that doesn’t solve the problem then your pc cannot support the game .

i know that, my integrated video card sucks, that's why i only play on the football stadium which doesn't have that and runs at 60fps
