yea, u dont necessarily need to defeat the 4 star linoone raid for zigzagoons to spawn arround it. once the raid ends, theyll start appearing for about 15-30 mins i think. they appear in a range of a couple hundred meters of the gym where the raid just ended. if you go out of its range, itll start spawning normal pokemon again. walk back in range for the zigzagoon to appear again. gl
this, ofcourse, applies to the time between 2pm and 7pm
before that, they spawn everywhere
