Its in the paid portion of the current event. It allows you to max one of a pokemons ivs (so a 1/15/15 could become 15/15/15). It allows you to “hyper train” them, where you have to do a bunch of stuff over the course of the yr to train it iirc

There are gold bottle caps as well that max all of a pokemons stats (but thats from past rewards, not current)
