2 problems occur here.
1st believe it or not people say ready even though they haven't sent add request,
because they haven't read instruction have no clue what they're doing,
2nd they have not set their profile correctly and either or both their IGN or Code is wrong - again because they can't or wont read or follow instruction.

That happens if the time on the invite run out/raid has started, the host invited and then left the raid before anyone could join, or the raid boss despawned.

Unfortunately, there is not really a way to guarantee legendary raid catch (unless we are talking of a shiny which is a 100% catch rate). When it comes to that, your best bet it continue using golden berries and aim for great or excellent throws. A major key is to be patient patient and watch out for the mon’s movements 😩🙏🏻

My 2 cents: if you're satisfied with your pokemon and you need it for someting (raids, gyms, pvp) then evolve it and power it up, if you want to catch one a little bit better or if you don't need powering it up makes little sense

Bear in mind that a couple IVs don't make a great difference, it's better to power up an almost perfect lvl 35 than a 100% lvl 15 in my opinion, you save a lot of stardust in the long run

does anyone know why the cp for boss pokémon are so low for me? like i’ve been in 3 lopunny mega raids and the cp has been 1158, 1120, and 1132

The CP range is the same for everyone. For Lopbunny it’s 1112- 1177. The higher CP the higher the IV. Check the infographic below to see the CP range for each of the raid bosses. The highest CP available means it’s 100% IV.
