Depends what you’re trying to achieve. It reduces the cost of evolving, but only for that particular Pokémon - so if you’re just trying to fill out your dex, can be helpful. Eg cost drops from 100 to 90 candy, so you save 7 (costs 3 to purify).

there are connection issues, glitches, and human error on the players end (not being in the game at the right time, missing the invite, etc). i really don’t think that a lobby with 8/10 getting in is anywhere close to the hosts fault

Please, double check our instructions on #how-to-remote-raid for further assistance if needed. Remember to only host raids with more than 15 min left before the boss fled. That will allow more than enough time for you guys to beat it and retry if needed. Also, when hosting a big lobby you should really time the second wave of invites to allow everyone to join on time. As a host, I rely on the output of $mi. And yet, maybe only 1 out of 5 (20%) raids I hosted, I was able to pull all names correctly. Everytime I come across someone with the wrong IGN, I tag them in raid channels and ask them to correct their IGNs. But most of them don't respond back 😕

I waited. 1st time boss has persian rhyperion and lugia. I tried but I could not defeat. After almost an hour I battled. This time there were stronger Persian, krabby and lugia. After almost 2 hour boss has Persian(not much stronger, Same with 1st battle), krabby, lugia. I won by using machamp, vapeoron, glaceon. Firstly I beat persian with machamp. After that I only used 1 charged attack of machamp for krabby. I switch to vapoeron. After that I use again machamp and glaceon

My advice is that: wait until the best combination to battle
