When you react to a raid, make sure you react when its posted; not any later. You're not always guaranteed the spot, even if you react first.
The way the selection works is completely random. If you are picked you will gain access to a channel and you should see a new channel open up, or they will ping you.

An $mm can change the maximum members of a raid (includes the host) example: $mm 7

If members miss your code use $htc & it will be repeated
When room is ready use $mi to get a list which you can copy and paste to invite screen

You will need to accept friends request before going to lobby <
please use $go it tells everyone in the group to go wait for the invite in Pokemon Go
if you are inviting more than 5 please also use the ?d command, this tells them there will be a delay and they should wait in game ( be patient )
$bo tells the group to back out of the raid if there is an issue
You can use the $reset to start over & go back to $m

HOST > Please use $end after completing a raid.

WHEN you open a lobby a cheat sheet with ALL the commands are pinned in page.
Please learn them and use them.

Quick start when you have a raid you want to host: 1. Type $r (Pokémon), 2. Make sure all your fellow raiders have sent you a friend request AND that you accept those friend requests, 3. Hi guys, saw the new patch notes, is it always like this with the team rocket leader per new month? Giovanni always missing? Or should i use my rocket leader radar now because whole month of september no giovanni?

Giovanni is the big boss and only comes for special research. The Rocket radar summons 3 bosses (Cliff, Sierra and Arlo) you get the radar every 6 team rocket grunts you fight. There’s no real point to holding onto a rocket radar because if Giovanni does come back, you only have to fight 6 grunts to get it again.

So every time you defeat a Team Rocket Grunt, you get a “mysterious piece”. Get 6 of these and you get a Rocket Leader Radar. That’s when you fight Cliff, Sierra and Arlo.
When you get to the steps in research that require you to defeat each of these bosses. That then rewards you a boss rocket radar that can be used for Giovanni

You cannot have numerous of either radar

Each leader you defeat you also get a red egg (3 max)

IOS is the same as any device you would use in Discord, you click on the respected channel for the type of Tier you want to join (t1-t3 raids, mega-raids), scroll down on the latest post, click on the red ticket reaction and once you are accepted you’ll then either be directed to the private channel or manually look for it which will be 1-2 channels below. There is no glitch preventing them from joining, either they didn't or the invites going out weren't in sync and it wouldn't show up on that person's device which could be caused by connection latency and many other things.

Most of the time the members joining raids don't even know how to accept an invite.

I am not that fast and by time the first peep joins it's only 70-80 seconds left for most of my raids last one receives the invite at 50-

100 Pokécoins is two days worth of work and it's hard to get 25 hours of your Pokémon in a gym, it's hard for a free to play and you did waste their time. Yes both of you were in the wrong but ideally you were for not joining and inviting straight away?

Oh to answer this question, swinub doesn't spawn much and I don't think you should considering the candy is pretty rare. But if it ever has a higher spawn or a community day then definitely.
