you can only invite 5 at a time. But you can do a fun trick to invite 10 remote raiders. I believe there is no limit to physically present raiders however.

Hi, I'm Milk. Just before I start I'd like to say I have been an admin on a semi- large (6000+) server before, and I'm aware the struggle Mods and Admins alike have to go through when dealing with members in the server.

However, like some other members. I do believe there is much conflicting information to do with moderating the server.

One: Sometimes serveral staff will warn a member serveral times before they stop whatever they're doing that's causing an issue, but other times people will get muted immediately. There is no consistency between how punishments in general chats are handed out and it all comes down to which mod you're dealing with.

Two: Continuing on with that, I feel there is a lack of communication between Admins and Moderators. Often Admins will be more slack about what needs to be moderated when they're in general chat. I understand this is a moderators job but there needs to be more consistently when it comes to what is an offence or violation of the rules and what isn't. You're giving players the wrong message when Mods will continue to moderate the same offenses over and over while Admins don't seem to bother.

Three: I understand that some staff and players will get along better than others, but sometimes I feel there is a clear favouritism between some staff and players. Where one player who knows the staff well will say or do something that would otherwise be moderated but isn't. It just doesn't seem fair that some players only get a slap on the wrist while others get muted instantly.

I understand that this is a large server that needs to remain friendly for a younger audience. But sometimes players feel like their walking on eggshells because it's only if a staff member is having a bad day that players will get muted or scolded for anything. It's confusing, and as I've mentioned, inconsistent. Thank you for reading, DM me if you'd like me to further discuss any of the points I've mentioned.

Hi Milk. Thank you for your feedback. I'm an admin here and on another server with 70,000+ members. We have some experience as well.

Sure, staff may not always act exactly the same. We're only human, not robots.

You're making some assumptions. You don't know if we have spoken to the member before, or if that member has been warned, muted or noted before. You're also not in our staff channels to properly judge if there's a lack of communication either.

People don't have to walk on eggshells at all. It's just the few that find themselves funny knowing they're pushing it and might cross the line. 99.9% of our members never get warned or muted.

Normally most host back out in the last 10 secs if not enough people, so always take that into consideration, pm me I may have a way for u not to waste a ticket even if the backout

Fun tip if you make a fighting style put no Pokemon in it whenever you do a raid and leave them blank do not put a single Pokemon in it and then there's not enough people and they back out flip over to that one where it's empty and as soon as the rate starts and it will say you don't have enough pokeballs just exit out and you'll keep your raid pass but as soon as you put a pokeball in it's automatically going to throw you in so don't swipe left or right with the with the empty spots

Hi there, I'm really unhappy about hosting any raid and not killing the boss in time before the timer ends on the gym. Killed it with one account then hosted again with my other stronger account and started off as a duo, but we didn't have enough damage for Houndoom, with plenty of time to spare we looked for more players. More came, but some typed leave and it didn't show them as gone, so when I invited them they didn't show, furthermore, one person who joined already joined my previous host and was unable to battle due to being gym locked.

So my question and gripe is this, if somebody leaves the discord raid channel or types $bye or $leave why does it still show them there sometimes?

I just feel very sad because the players who joined wasted a remote pass, and some of them could have been grinding all week for that.

I am sorry whoever failed that raid just now.

Google relevant shadow pokemon, that helps usually and transfer the ones that aren't those, I keep the ones that cost 1k dust to purify for challenges

As for low CP, I'd look at their IVs (or appraisal) and keep the good ones (3*+) and get rid of duplicates that have worse IVs, and keep some of your higher CP ones to actually use
If you're really tight on space try and avoid keeping Pokémon for the sake of keeping them, especially if they're common

You can invest some coins I to upgrading your Pokémon storage too

The host should also use $go before sending invites to let you know you're about to receive an invite
