When a raid is posted you react to the red ticket and it will send you into a channel specific to that raid. It will give you the hosts friend code that you will have to add. Once the host adds everyone back they will send out invites in game.

POKENAV BASICS

Participants
-type $htc to get the host’s code
-add the host (send friend request]

• type ready

Hosts
-use $mi to get a copyable list of trainer names

• Copy the $mi list.

• Switch to Pokémon go, accept all friend requests

• paste the list you copied in to your friend list search bar. 5 names should show up (or however many people are being invited by you)

• If everything is correct go back to Discord and type $go. This will tell the group to be ready for invites

• Go back to Pokémon, enter the raid lobby, paste the $mi list in the invite participants search bar. Select all 5, hit send.

• Kick back and make sure all 5 members join

• When raid finished type $end

okay so that's why your friend didn't get invited... the bot uses the trainer name that you set on discord. If you are joining raids for other people, please set the in-game name to theirs before doing so.

That's a new error there, you should be able to rejoin the raid with 6 powered up mon, maybe report the issue to niantic support in your settings

I was the one who hosted the raid bunnymoose and Pepsi were in

They all just got kicked out with 120 seconds left on the clock

I was raiding alone suddenly and checked discord to see that they had all gotten dced

and the raid timer still had another 20 minutes left at the gym and we should have been done long before that

omg @eager epoch that's so frustrating! Thank you for chiming in. If this happens I recommend a) screenshots for niantic support and b) staying in the discord channel (as opposed to leaving) so the party can try again

niantic has been SO glitchy lately. makes me wonder what happens to all the money I spend on this game

they'll send the raid invite once the whole party is ready

@slow bobcat there is a trick to invite more than 5 to a raid, however we recommend you don't do that if you aren't sure. it creates a big mess if people don't get in!
