You can ask the host to show a ss to prove its weather boosted. You can also kinda see the weather in the background when you join the raid gym. Otherwise, you gotta trust that the host is being honest.

These are your attacking dynmax you will need.. Including Zamazenta and Metagross... You can also use dynamax Machamp

The next are your defenders also known as tankers depends on what move RegiRock has they should be able to tank the hits if its focus blast, Earthquake and Stone Edge but do be careful is your using Blissey as a tank. She'll get knocked out.
You would need to attack with your attackers and as soon as RegiRock is about to attack you need to be quick and switch to a defender.

The next list is the healers they can heal your mons and everyone else's mons in the 4 man dynamax RegiRock.

If you fail you need to get the host to keep doing in to find a RegiRock with a better moveset to defeat him. Especially since sone are using remote raid passes

What is sharpedos counters

Only way to do that would be through trading, however that would re-roll the IVs of the Pokémon. My suggestion would be to trade the shiny Groudon and Kyogre from your new account with a Pokémon from 2016-2020 from your old account so that the trades Groudon and Kyogre turn into lucky Pokémon and there are higher chances of getting good IVs

Also, every Friday is trade day, meaning you get a +1 special trade and Pokémon traded that day have a higher chance of being lucky

On the left you will see different raid types in "Nio Raids" tab. Then if you look at the channel you'll see posts and you would click Remote raid (little ticket thing on the bottom) then:

1. After you click on it you'll get put into the specific raid and get the friend code for the host.
2. Add the host to your friend list and the host will invite you.
