Does anyone know how to get AR scan tasks back because I haven’t been getting them all of a sudden. I tend to do most of them when they come in and especially for poffins. Only ball trick I know of is holding the ball until the mon's circle is small enough for you, waiting for it to attack and just as it's finishing the animation you throw the ball

No I was lucky and found a group of people and two raids were kn the space of 10 meters so we did both. Alone I’m not even capable of doing a few 3* shadow raids
