Sadly with the remote pass changes there is an unbalanced amount of hosts Vs the amount of remote raiders
Hence why lobbies that require 10 people end up waiting for a long long time before filling up, or they just start the raid with the amount of people already there (that the host deems is enough)
Either way, mega raids can be done with 3-4 players
Legendaries (Lugia) require +5
(unless your team is good, 5 will most likely result in a loss, so sticking with ~7 is the better plan)
Tiers 1 and 3 are soloable

There's no way to my knowledge, odds are your "lobby" (though a thread was not created) will close automatically because there were no players in it

Hello, regarding the elite raid, I would like to propose some suggestions.
(hope you will find them good) ^^
A first one would be a creation of a dedicated serveur where the channels are country/region/city/... and organisate the raids there.
Another one would be the possibility to get custom roles here and be notified when there is an elite raid. (exemple: I make the "Bratislava" role to myself, and when someone makes a raid in this city, he can ping everyon with that role).
What do you think about it?

Oh, if you mean within a discord raid thread, you can check the last person who has typed "Ready"; the bot will show a message saying how many people are ready vs how many people are in the lobby (e.g. 6/10)

with the amount of stardust you have i would focus on high iv pokemon. but some pokemon are exceptions, namely legendaries or mythicals, if you don't have a high iv but it's still one of the best attackers of its type, it's gonna be better to power up than a regular pokemon with high IVs with few exceptions

I have 1 kyogre and 2(I believe) groudons without the legacy from last event, I believe it was because we started the raid before the time was over and finished it after. I could use TM but since I'm f2p and haven't invested much in mons - as a consequence not much pvp (also bc I think it's boring) - would it be worth it on kyogre, the eTM? I believe if I had better mons or invested might enjoy more pvp.

I don't pvp much and also think it's kinda samey so I cannot comment on anything related to that. I am also f2p and have 2 eTM, they are easy to obtain every so often (often as in, maybe once a year).
Regarding using the TM on Kyogre, maybe hold on for now. From what I know, Kyogre's legacy move is only marginally better than surf (only 5% I believe); Groudon's is like 15%

What you are saying sounds good. Power meta relevant 100% pokes and very high IV ones and you're gonna be alright
Also, regarding the 15 attack IV thing, from what I understand 14 Vs 15 in terms of IV is not a big difference at all. In the case of your Groudons for example, the legacy charge move is 15% better than the second best of Groudon's charge attack (Earthquake), so despite one having 14 attack, the legacy move will make that Groudon way better than the other one

Powering up many of the same Pokémon (many Tyranitars) is a good thing. What is not as good a thing (or not necessarily all that useful) is maxing the same type of Pokémon for mega evolution. You can only have 1 active mega evolved Pokémon at a time, don't forget
A 100% Lugia is awesome, you can invest your dust on it. I'm not 100% sure but I believe the best "version" of Lugia is the Shadow one, but a perfect one is nothing to scuff at

I need to power up legends for my lvl40 quest (should already be 41 xp wise) but since I kinda wanna only do perfect or close to meta relevants I kinda regret the ones already invested in even if lucky legendaries. On the other hand dust in the bag isn't that useful although it can be.. plus the investments might prove worthy until better ones come along.. it's quite the dilemma.. saw a known f2p tuber making a list of good investment Mons into the future. As in good for raids/ml in the long run a Lugia wasn't in there I suppose cuz it's mainly for ml.

From what I've seen, it's more likely for people to only have 1 maxed Mega mon and use that one throughout a long event
Using multiples wouldn't accomplish much and would be a lot more difficult (you would end up needing a reaaally large amount of mega energy for any given pokemon you wanna have multiple megas of)

So I'd say just stick to 1 mega, in the case of Tyranitar, use the lucky perfect you got for mega evolving
And yeah, I usually get my mons to level 40 if they have good IVs and they are meta relevant

the timer is there to prevent spam. simply count ten-fifteen seconds and post again. it's easy to know when you can post if the raid posted before you has gone from 'random selection' to showing how many members are in the raid and first-come sign ups, or if the raid before you is closed, then you can post your raid

no one wants to join for multiple reasons. one, the price increase on remote passes; two, these bosses have been out for a while and one has been out in the past; three, the bosses themselves are bad so if people do raid them they usually do so on the first day, get one, and stop

The only way to effectively "exit" a raid channel (and have that channel regain the spot you occupied) is to have the host kick you
So if you wanna leave, best bet is to type in chat that you can no longer raid and ask the host to kick you from the channel

Without spending money: catch everything, use star pieces during community day this saturday (x3 stardust when catching). With spending money: buy star pieces and use them whenever you have 30 minutes to catch everything while walking around.
Simply keep up to date on events that give x2 or x3 stardust

Not really, you can just type what I said on chat and then just join another raid
Then the host reappears (if ever) they've been told what to do if they want that spot back
If they never come back then no problem at all

Yo, so my game keeps dropping frames as of late and I’m struggling to fix it. I have a relatively new iPhone so this shouldn’t be happening and I have only a few apps on my phone as well. I also have native refresh rate turned on, it’s just occasionally that my frames will drop (like if a lot of Pokémon spawn or if I get a phone call my frames go to hell). Do you guys know of any fixes or have any of you been experiencing this as of late?

Best advice I know of is maybe try rebooting your phone, reinstalling the app or checking if you are in battery saver (I read there tends to be some conflict with it and PoGo)
