I'm semi new to the game, have done zero raids so that's a new concept for me. live in a rural area so this is about the only way I will ever be abe to raid but don't know how to get started, what should I go for? As long as you have stuff that is above 1000 cp your good. If the group you get is good then it doesn’t even matter how strong you are.
Just go for it honestly and the only prep you need is not having absolute garbage pokemon.

Thank you. I got into my first raid! and got the rayquaza! I do however need to ask. It says heal up or change pokemon once ny whole team faited. how do you heal them? I kept trying but I had no options to use items, so kept having to use lower and lower pokemon until the end. Can you heal a fainted team in a raid or did I misread in the heat of the moment?

I'm sorry. This is the worst that has happened in my pogo history. Not only I lose my raid pass but I waste 5 others raid pass probably. I didn't get to see if you managed to finish it or not and now the lobby is gone. There was 13m in the clock when I decided to submit the raid and I had 24% battery in phone. Well the -18C caused my battery die half way through the raid and it was my first time hosting 10 and I got confused who I had already invited upon relobbying so I ended up inviting same 5 twice. I feel so bad and for good reason i'm sorry all. No time to retry either @quiet hawkcomix @josh.. @lunar cedar and couple others.. no excuses
now I have learned a lesson and probably know how to invite 10 and assess other risks but that doest't help getting your raid pass back

The following steps must be done quickly, within 120 seconds, before the raid starts:
• When your party is ready, click the button Start Raid to let them know to be in-game.
• Enter the raid lobby and invite the first 5.
• Exit the raid lobby to the world map 30 seconds after you sent the first 5 invites. Make sure there is at least 1 person in the raid lobby when you exit!
• Rejoin the raid lobby and invite the remaining people.
• Enjoy your raid!
