Shadow Kyogre duo with 180s left using a technique of mine I call charge move storing.

The maneuver in question comes down to this: while you are pacelocked casting gems and the boss is ×3 bulkier, instead of throwing charge moves while they're the least effective, you switch between pokemons to build up charge moves to release once they're the most effective. This allows for a post gem segment of about 35s even without mega boost.

You can also stack up to two party power boosts by activating the first one (without actually using it) and then loading the second.

Still not quite perfect execution, especially with how much time each Victreebel overtap costs you 😅

(It's also worth mentioning shadow raidbosses are much weaker past subdue than pre enrage)

For context, Latios has trolled me for years. I had not one, but two hundo Latios run from me, one of which came from the very first Mega Latios raid I ever did. Even before Pokémon Go, Latios trolled me as I tried time and time again to catch him in Pokémon Emerald back when I was first learning how to play the mainline games.

But with hyper training now in Go, this “rivalry” has come to an end. As I not only got the hundo Latios I was due twice over, but got it as a SHUNDO.

I think now Latios and I can officially call a truce. 🤝
