No it's really easy, the second page is just choose a path (crabrawler, ducklett or emolga) then catch 9 of that pokemon. Evolve 9 pokemon and power up 8 times. Then last page is do a raid, walk 1 km and earn 2000 xp. You'll see the first page, it's just spin 3 stops, do 2 field research tasks and something else easy
