Prolly don’t double move or power up, how many raids did you do? Kinda depends on how many other ones you have that you could trade to people, also depends on what level you are. I’m almost level 43 and for me I only power up or double move legendaries when they are 96% iv or above (only two points away from a hundo). So it kinda depends on your personal circumstances, if you think you can get a better one within the year, if not feel free to power up a bit.
