You should take a look at PvPoke.com. It'll tell you what is currently relevant in every league. You can use it to look up if Golbat is any good(I believe it is) and sableye is better used purified. The purification of your sableye might push it a bit far out of IV range but still not bad. But your Zubat looks pretty prime although I haven't looked fully into the IVs for it. For easy IV checking I'd recommend pokiegenie(app for your phone). You simply take a screenshot of the pokemon and it's IVs and then it'll tell you exactly what rank IV it is for every evolution and league. Super OP for how easy it is to use

Yessir, I use PvPoke.com all the time personally for seeing if any of the pokemon that I catch are useful in battle leagues. Over time you'll start to recognize what mons are good for PvP as it usually is the same mons. I also personally use PokieGenie for checking just how good my PvP IV's are. For awhile I didn't want to use PokeGenie and would just manually enter IV's to check but once I switched to PokieGenie I wouldn't have it any other way

I would say so. Reshiram is a really good fire type fighter if that's what you're looking for. If you don't really need fire types or have like 1 elite tm I would personally be a bit more hesitant. But that's just because I like PvP too and a lot of mons require elite tms to build there

not really. its available to hatch in 7km eggs when there isnt an event 7km egg available, and isnt too hard to hatch out of them. It is a cool mon with good uses of its evolution being pretty good in pvp.
