Basicly how it works is that Pokémon have set ivs depending on Cp when they are in the wild, research and raids so when I do a raid I can check the cp and there is a max and min Cp point

but hundos can be other cps than the hundo certain cp, it would be impossible to find one with that exact cp in the wild as that's happened rarely before, those who've caught hundos in the wilds, theres a low change they knew before the caught it was a hundo cuz it can be different level hundos

What lvl are you? I wouldnt recommend to lvl it up with xl. Lvl it to lvl 40. after that wait for a bit. Maybe you will get a better one (although the ivs are pretty good) if not you can still power it later
