If you think it's brag worthy then of course it is! Luckies are also semi-rare so it's good to get them. In terms of this lucky though it's not the most lucky as this Rhyperior is only about 4% above the lowest possible IV's a lucky can be. My advice to you would be don't invest too much in this one, as it will likely be very easy to get a much better lucky rhyperior from trading!

There is a £2 research I got my hundo from that just pure luck , you get 10 checks for Kanto and Husain growlithe 5 Km you walk, the 5 Km eggs will give you a Husian growlithe encounters but I've only seen one quest also,I recommend going into a busy area like town and spinning all the pokestops and just binning and ignoring the ones that don't give you 5 Km for growlithe that way you can knock them out all simultaneously

If you go to a busy area just search and stack the 5km task so you can do 2 or 3 simultaneously and get the most checks out of the distance

The research is purely checks for walking around and clocking distance so I can't really say if it is good value for money as your literally paying £2 for 5 more checks of each growlithe form with the Kanto one being full odds of being shiny.
