Do you plan to use it a lot for PvP or raiding? It’s more powerful as an attacker when shadow. Stats are just okay though. Why don’t you choose what you like best? That’s my advice. from what ive heard, 4* pokemon get a 4% increase in stats from pokemon with 0 IVs. shadow pokemon get a +20% attack but -20% defense stat change, so even if it was a hundo it’d probably be better to keep it shadow if you’re planning on using it for raiding or attacking. glass cannon-y. this video explains hidden stats and how iv’s work!
