Just so you know and don’t spend a ton of resources, when battling, having higher iv’s isn’t necessarily better for great league or ultra. Having a lower attack stat at either 1500 or 2500 and the other 2 higher is significantly better. This is an example of the best possible iv for this pokemon in great league. However those would be good ivs for master league!

A fair bit. Plus they're valuable: when you hatch a Salandit it'll normally be male, and they are useless as only the female ones can evolve. Having a female is invaluable for both trading (with others who don't have it and would trade well to have one) and filling up your Pokedex. :)
