Idk if anyones responded yet but I wouldn't. You'll likely get a better shadow mudkip. On top of that generally pvp ivs are basically 0 attack and maxed out defense and hp. But if you don't particularly want to wait iv's aren't really that important until you reach like the top tier of battling

I started cd at home with 1 shiny then the last hour encountered 150 axews with no shiny then 3 at the last 20mins in a huge spawn area, my highest iv was a 2 star and i did hatch a random shiny tyrogue but it was also a 2 star and my only hatch of the day
