Can someone give me a step by step on how to place a falink raid on its proper channel. It's 12 pm here so raids will start in 2 hrs.

You can go to #g4-closed and then type '/raid' and the boss option will pop up.
You can choose the only one option which is falinks and then either manually enter the 'members' you need, the 'status' of the raid (whether the falinks is weather boosted) or if you have a few people IRL or anything else you'd like to mention, or the 'gym' color.
I'd say the last option is pretty useless but the first is extremely important since you need at least 8 mega evolutions in the raid and at least 10 people to comfortably beat the raid boss.
