No, it doesn't that's why you don't trade any Pokemon from 2016. - 2020 because they're guranteed without being lucky friends regardless. Should have traded for another mewtwow from 2021 or 2022

so from what ive seen, i think its best to leave things as shadows and just have a regular mega
