Normal Shop:
-Cypher is solid, fun to play and could come back to be a meta contender depending on whether or not we get a new super broken neutral tactic
-Ramiel is a staple
-I personally don't like Behind Enemy Lines, you already want to run Heart as well as Brand, adding another 7+E card just ruins the curve for most decks imo
Honorable Mentions:
-Zahariel is a good warlord for beginners
-Alajos is a staple
-Raising the Banner is decent
Veteran Shop:
-Vairosean is good and doesn't rotate
-Kakophoni is a staple, may get nerfed in the near future but that is not guaranteed
-Rylanor rotates
All the other EC cards rotate except Eidelitor and Foul Experiments, which are both super bad.
