Testing a new channel set up #pro-am-chat (May be deleted if it is not useful)

Where proven players are given roles depending on their pro-am status (everyone starting from tier 1) and eventually earning higher roles as they progress.

REMINDER - this is a test and the entire system may be revamped at any given time.

Only players in Good standing in the community will be eligible for role. Violations in community and game roles , or it is found out that you provided false information, after receiving a role will result in the role being revoked. More a little more information on what good standing means, read: #announcements message

Some logistics for the upcoming event have been discussed in #pro-am-chat already, but for the most part we will be planning things out with the new members 🤝

This is a TEST Event despite the large prize pool Gem
- We want to get a better grasp for the private custom lobby management, Discord VC regulation, and a general idea of the public audience's size and ideas twitch

ETA: 2/6-2/7

Terminology
||*Tournaments include a bracket--often spanning multiple weeks or months--featuring seeding and matchups, while Events include lobbies with more than a few teams competing at once||
||*Professionals are players with a strong competitive background through 3rd party hosters like ZCC & ZCL, while Amateurs are solid, experienced players that are new to competitive ZR gameplay||

OUR REVIEWING PROCESS:

Apps were split into 10 sections, 1 for each moderator
Mods went through every application in their section and made a list of players with strong backgrounds (via stats & comp exp)
- If a player had impressive stats but lacked competitive experience or community recognition, we still put them on our list under the tag 'Amateur'
  - Amateurs gained a better chance at being accepted since we want to diversify the scene, despite their constant complaints about lacking clout 😐
    Yes, we read all those messages...
Listed players' logs and recent messages were then checked to ensure their merit and good spirit
- This weeded out a few very skillful players. If you think this refers to you, do your best to participate kindly in the comp community and try again in the next wave
Mods posted their final lists to the rest of the team, allowing us to check each other's decisions and apply one last merit confirmation
- In doing this, we found that some applicants submitted their app multiple times--some even were accepted by multiple mods before the final post 😅. Please don't do this.

We have renovated the 'Tier' roles into a more mainstream ranking system Diamond
However, instead of the standard 'Bronze, Silver, Gold, Plat, etc' we decided to make our own bangers! neonblobgun 💥

Here are the following 4 Classes, each containing their own 3 Ranks, each consisting of 3 Levels

Classes are primarily for thematic / visual purposes, but may be used for special events in the future! 🖌️
A player's Rank + Level is their standard placement terminology. Ex: <@&800821641520480257> 2

Players will gain Z-Rank whenever they place in an event or win a tournament match! NitroBoost

There will be some minor Z-Rank gain for just participating as well

Participating in Event = 25 Z-R

🗓️ Spring Showdown is the first Season of Pro-Am. It will last 2 Months and will be consisted of 8 Event Themes & 2 Tournament Series. 🗓️

- Each **Event Theme** will be divided in two events *(Majors & Minors)*. The events will be __weekly alternating.__ 
- Each **Tournament Series** will be 1-Month long where Solos, Duos, Trios and Squads __unique__ tournaments will be hosted for Pro-Am players to compete for **Z-Rank**.
