Hey I just got a rlly good idea for a mythic healing item in ZR
Rebirth stone (I haven't got any better names lol): it is an obstacle which look like the rocks in Drifter District, but it is way smaller and has a red glow. Only 1 spawns in each round (2 in rare cases) and it is very hard to find one. When u break the obstacle with ur melee (if u break it with a gun it would'nt give the rebirth stone), it gives the rebirth stone which if you have in ur quickbar, u get reborn right after u die.

smgs/pistols could be a little more diverse. dont make them broken as the scar was, just give them a little boost so that they have a little more use. of course because this is a battle royale game, players will always be upgrading their loot. heres how i would want them changed:

vector could use an increased mag from 24 to 28 and increased damage dropoff rate, silenced smg, p90, and ump could use a small damage increase by like (1-2) mp5, uzi, and tommy gun could all use a range buff, since the range is poor on them.

goo gun and deagle are good, no changes needed. However, silenced pistol could have a minor change with a mag increase from 15 to 24. p2000 and glock need no changes however

If you want genuine balance you have to come up with smth like

Tac.  - Tighten bullet spread similar to a Pump Shotgun. Increase bullet speed. Reduce delay between switches.
Aslt. - Increase damage per bullet. Increase bullet speed. Reduce delay between switches. 
Vault - Raid Shotgun & KSG. The value of charging a Raid Shotgun is negated by the fast pace of the game, and encourages camping. The long reload time makes it inadequate for door fights, where it would theoretically perform at its greatest potential. The piercing effect of the KSG is rendered essentially useless in final circles, since the damage dropoff is far too high, not to mention its short range and moderate bullet speed.

Once in you wouldn't be able to move and any thing you shoot would travel a little bit before stopping, then returning to the black hole because of its force and hit you instead also projectiles that come near the black hole would be pulled in and hit anyone trapped in the black hole. This is even more op than the ghillie suit.
