i want raid and pump to both drop from containers (or just make raid spawn more often on the ground), both their ranges reduced slightly, assault shotgun buffed by about 1.8-2.2 dmg per bullet (for context, assuming the stats on my spreadsheet are still correct even tho ive abandoned it, this would make an epic assault shotgun deal abt the same total damage as an uncommon pump), then adjust the charge on the raid to be more severe. raid shouldnt be used as a pump, firing as often as possible. lower the base damage and increase the severity of the curve given by the charge to incentivise players to utilize the charge up. like lower the base damage and increase the dmg granted by the max charge from 50% to 75%, say. and buff ksg shotgun. maybe slightly lower bullet count but make the damage per bullet significantly higher? it doesnt have to be good, just better, it has pretty much 0 use cases.

this would bring assault more in line with power, make the raid more accessible by making it drop from containers (its one of the only weapons with a somewhat interesting unique feature, make it less uncommon), and make each shotgun fill more of a niche:

assault shotgun: highest range except ksg, tight spread, lower damage than pump and raid but more ammo and shorter reload
pump shotgun: highest damage except charged raid, decent spread, faster reload than raid.
raid: highest damage period when charged past x%, decent spread, slowest reload.
ksg: highest range, highest fire rate, and decent bullet damage but low bullet count. It does still pierce though so hopefully it is at least viable in a couple niche situations.

I dont use famas really at all. i know some players swear by it but the fire rate and low range are such big obstacles to justifying its use.

silenced pistol is cool and one of my favorite weapons, but it just barely gets edged out by most smgs in the midgame and while it is a very good replacement for an AR before you find a good one, it isnt quite worthwhile after u do. its stuck in a bit of a limbo where it does neither job well enough to use. and maybe thats the point, part of a battle royale is looting, so if too many weapons are equally viable it de incentivises looting

i dont know, as far as strictly weapons i dont use, i dont think theres much I can say. Id much rather suggest changes related to game systems and mechanics than anything else. Tweaking draw speed on more weapons and throwables, adding new things with different mechanics.

put raid back into crates, it lets players who actually like it use it more often, and change the reload speed from 2 seconds to 1.5. vault the ksg its so bad you said it yourself on stream in custom lobbies XD and put in a mythic shotgun for aidrops
