@zenith yoke Try clearing up space and memory on your phone. Reducing your resolution in settings helps a bit too.

If you've been playing in Asia, then the matchmaking issue was apparently resolved so it should work better

#

Oh and try manually testing and selecting each region, and see which one works best for you

This is not fair PC players have much more range of vision than mobile players and also they can edit the controls to your liking. IT IS NOT FAIR, and mobile people do not need an pairing better we need more options in the settings such as a button to adjust the visibility, only with one adjustment can fix many things

So I did connection tester and Asia is 100+Ms and I did that server and I have some problems
1.I can't move but I can chat
2.Can see players moving but I can't move
When I did the US west that is about 200+Ms I can move freely and no problem with moving

To further explain it for Knawal,
(disclaimer: I have no computer experience, so don't take my word as absolute fact.)
Your Zombs Royale account is tied to your email account. This means your email represents all your progress in ZR, kind of like a key. You use your email to access your ZR account. Once that email is deleted, the key to your account is gone and you lose everything.

What the developers could do is to change the key to your account. However, they have to manually do it, and because of the enormous amount of requests they can't do it. They can't set up an automatic system either, because they bring the risk of scams and such.

Argument #1:
"I won't scam! I just want to change my own account!"
Your word is not enough. Even if your aren't planning to scam people, other people will.

Argument #2:
"Let's pay the devs so that they can hire more people to moderate email changing!"
They already have 3 million dollars for funding. Plus hiring new people is a tricky affair that I won't explain.

The probability of getting new items will be pretty low if you already unlocked most uncommon/rare items. How chest selection works is that it generates a random number that determines which rarity you get. Then it randomly selects an item from that category. Every uncommon item increases the chance of receiving a better item the next chest. Every rare increases the probability of everything else, and so on and so forth.

For example, if you have every uncommon cosmetic except one (Let's say Afro Pink), you probably have a higher chance of getting a new rare cosmetic than getting Afro Pink. This is because you run through 2 probability factors - one determining the rarity of the cosmetic and the other determining which cosmetic of that rarity you get.

I’ve been lagging a lot in ZR these days. It can’t be my wifi or device. My wifi is pretty good and when I play during 12-5 AM I usually don’t get any lag at all and it’s smooth. My lowest ms is 30 and my highest is 350. My normal ms is 35-75. I get higher fps than ms which is annoying. I would rather have lower ms that is smooth.

@vital sorrel @shy prawn , i need help. so my old zombs account has og stuff on it. i started playing on it in the beta, before the first season and its an icloud account. so i cant play pc on it and ive been wanting to play pc for so long but there is no way to do it. so i was wondering if there is anyway possible for you guys to give me my old stuff back on my current account. i have all of the proof that i actually had these cosmetics. i can take a screenshot straight from my phone. please help :(
