You can't count early game encounters at the 1st place off the bus. That is so RNG. If you are destroying with a green SCAR midgame, then you call the SCAR OP. Uncommon SCAR is better than any non-mythic AR except SCAR. This game is primarily spray-and-pray as there is not always cover. So its a strong AR meta. Maybe make the AR meta much weaker. Damage per Second is the most important factor. Legendary SCAR is OP in that situation. SCAR is better than any mythic weapon, making any Mythic AR useless if you have a SCAR.
