@split bridge they are gonna release the high end gpu's first, but in 2 months they are going to release the lower end gpu's. Because you have 830 bucks for a pc and monitor, I found a 144hz 4m response time (same as my laptops monitor lol) pannel for 150 bucks. This leaves u at 680 bucks for ur pc. You prob want to build it to save money. Seeing how a GPU is usually about half of ur budget, you can easily fit in a 300 dollar rtx 2060. The 2060 replacement will prob come in 2 months. Not only that, but older gen prices will prob go down as well. So once the 3060 gets released, the 2060 price prob will go down. Finally, my last point, if you are going to buy a prebuilt, you can easily save 100 bucks or more, which is a pretty good upgrade, buying during black friday, which is only 3 months away. If you dont want to wait that long again, there might be good sales on labor day sales, which is on the 1rst monday on september.
