I dont think they ended their partnership, because if that were the case you wouldnt be able to buy a developer licence and have all the cool perks of a game server.

They would have removed the developer licence from the Dev API or whatever its called if they stopped partnering

What they did "stop" was verifiying games, meaning you cant sell your game on discord (They claim they have paused it but havent told us when its coming back)
