depends where the plane spawns. If you jump beginning then you won't get much loot because there are a lot of people jumping there as well. If you jump on places near the end of the plane drive then you can loot more but you get less kills and the probability of getting in the storm circle is lower a well as getting airdrops or the thor hammer, i usually land in celestial because its a big place there are a lot of bots and you can get kills with no danger of dying, the loot is decent you are usually closer to airdrops or the hammer and celestial is usually on the first circle since its the middle. @trail plaza
