If you can't even download the ZR application, then either you don't meet the reqs (read pinned messages) or you need to patch or update it, (right-click and select the option), or it's a bug that will be fixed in a month or so

@cerulean abyss might be because of a few things. But just to clarify, did the Discord version work just fine before you boosted?
if it did then thats a big problem and you should probably contact the discord help team or a moderator.
If not, then it might be cause...
- You don't have a 64-bit pc or windows
- You need to match up your discord email with your zombs email. I really dunno why but i've seen people who did this have their problems just zoom away
- It's a bug that surfaced recently from the turrent update. in that case, it'll be fixed in a month or so, more or less

Okay so this problem has been common from what I know between my friend group; yet I have it more severe.
Basically on entering ZombsRoyale, It tells me that my Internet Connection is unable to connect to any server, and that I should check it. Even though its COMPLETELY fine. And I can play other games that use internet without trouble.
I have tried countless solutions to fix this, disabling ipv6, reinstalling, restarting, shutting down, repairing, nothing has worked. I need help because I legitimately can't play this game, which is fairly annoying and concerning, since I have played this game since alpha season and I play competitively.
I've had friends who claim to have the same problem as me, yet for some reason mine wont go away. Please, help.

I can't connect to the game at all, I open the game and it just tells me to check my connection and restart the game, and I have a few times. (I can't connect to the browser version either)
I'm 99% sure it isn't my internet, because I have an ethernet cable with really high speed

I’m in remote Australia and get 300 ping but still win games on a 7 and a half year old laptop and the fans are bugged so it overheats and reaches 1000+ping so one day on 100 ping you should be fine

say that you and your teammate need meds, and you have two medkits
there isn't a current possible way to split one medkit with your teammate and one medkit with yourself so that you could heal simultaneously
instead, you wait for one person to heal, then have the other person heal which isn't as efficient and could be the difference between you winning and losing during the end game

If possible, please change to another data center for Asia Region. All the players in Malaysia are getting 150+ms, I have even tried connecting directly with a VPN and it does not help but worsen(0ms froze) the situation. We urge you to change to another data center to give everyone fair ping. Surely we deserve to get better ping than those living nowhere near Singapore. Try to find a balanced connection for all players. This ping is not enjoyable, I can't make contents with this ping.
