This is happening very often now, and when I log on to play some ZombsRoyale, either 2 things happen or they both happen. 1) I get randomly logged out of my account. 2) All of my Outfits, Melee Items, emotes, etc are gone and i have to select them again. And 3) They both happen. I get logged out even though I did nothing, and when I do log on, all of my Cosmetics are default.

so the same thing has been happening to me @stuck inlet . things you can do is log out of account once ur done 4 the day every time. that might fix teh log in issue. and for teh cosmetics... at least they are not gone 🤷

it only take a short amount of time. There are other main issues like lag and freeze that affect the entire quality of the game. They are spending a lot of time on this so I don't see the need to focus on something so minor at the current time. I'm sure they will look into fixing it in the future if it continues to be a persistent issue 👍

There's a few bugs with the Alpha Season Rewards/Next Level Up Rewards. It is a blank screen for me and I can't receive any of it. There's also no option to add friends that you played in a game with.

for ms and fps, try restarting ur pc and router. for mb, amke sure to refresh after every game. A tip for reducing overall lag is turn game quality to lowest and manually select your region. Other tips: eliminate game volume and dont use cosmetics (parachute, skin, melee skin)

- Manually select your Region

How to Fix FPS/Frames Issues:

- Use Chrome or Firefox
- Make sure your browser is updated
- Set the Graphics Quality to lowest
- Do a basic cleanup of your device
- Turn on hardware acceleration on your browser
- Zoom in (CTRL+ by default) to lower graphic quality further (may cause ui issues)

If you still experience issues please post a speed test of your internet, your country, your processor speed (CPU), and amount of memory (RAM).

@vernal oxide I do not believe this is a mistake in the game. In my opinion it is there to discourage people from camping inside buildings or hugging walls for protection. You can also break certain boxes and melee people though the wall if they are standing close enough. This is actually one of my favorite in game features lol

Doors is the most annoying one,you don't actually care about walls because the player need to be close to see inside and the only one that work is pump and only one bullet hit and take a lot of time to reload ; use fist it deals more damage and it's faster.

but any weapons can hit to a player who is close to a door,i was healing next to a door and someone starting shooting with his vss couldn't do anything all shots landed.

I have done nearly everything I can do. I have cleared my cache, I have no cosmetics, I am on my local server; manually selected. I refresh after every game, and I am on the lowest settings. I start games at anywhere from 110 mb to 180 mb, yet over the course of the match it jumps to above 470 every time. This is ridiculous.

I was just able to get a full game in. It might be cyclic, where some parts of the day the game consumes a lot of data due to the amount of players on, and other parts it consumes less due to less people on.

A few days ago I was like Overmancer, I could have full cosmetics on and barely get above 200. Today is a much different story.

Please fix the bug where it says loading a advertisement and it takes like 6 minutes to load or it doesn’t even load at all and I have to refresh the page every time it happens (every other match)

On mobile, when your with your parachute and your close to landing it lags out, then a little later your finally on the ground and the lag goes away. @hollow karma
