First off Spotify is best, secondly yes the freezing issue has not been fixed - we've added some quick fixes that's help some players, but obviously not everyone. Unfortunately we simply haven't had the time to fix this issue as it only effects a small % of our users and isn't as high priority has other issues.
Thirdly I'm not a god at typing and saying what I wanna say so be patient. :]

We will knock these small bugs out of the way as soon as we can, like I've been saying* we're simply swamped with big issues atm especially with how big mobile's gotten and our team is still the same small crew we've had since day 1, which was 2.2 months ago.
